6. Service Operation Principles
Purpose: This service is an independent tool designed for users who do not understand the complex mechanisms of using collateral in arbitrage operations. The service automates the process of interacting with Aave V3 protocol and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
Operating Architecture:
- Base Aave V3 Contract: The service uses the official Aave V3 Pool smart contract (0x87870Bca3F3fD6335C3F4ce8392D69350B4fA4E2) as a liquidity source for flash loans. This is a public, verified contract of the Aave protocol.
- Personal User Contract: Upon deployment, your individual smart contract (SafeAdvancedArbitragePool) is created, managed exclusively by your wallet. Each user gets their own isolated contract.
- Management via Function Calls: The entire arbitrage process is managed by calling functions of your personal contract. You initiate operations through start(), stop(), withdraw() and other functions defined in the contract.
- Loan from Official Aave: Your personal contract interacts with the official Aave V3 Pool contract to obtain flash loans. The loan is taken directly from the official Aave protocol, without intermediaries.
- Atomic Operations: The entire process is executed in one transaction (atomic transaction) within a single blockchain block: function call → flash loan from Aave V3 → DEX arbitrage operation → loan repayment with fee → profit distribution. If any part of the process cannot be executed, the entire transaction reverts, ensuring security.
- Collateral-Free: Flash loan requires no collateral provision (collateral-free), as the loan is returned in the same transaction before finalization. This is a key advantage of flash loans over traditional loans.
User Benefits: The service simplifies complex protocol interactions, automates the arbitrage process, and allows users to participate in flash loan arbitrage without the need for deep understanding of technical details of collateral, liquidation mechanisms, and complex smart contract interactions.
7. Service Usage
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law. The use of the service is prohibited for:
- Any illegal activities or violations of the law

8. Financial Operations
All financial operations are performed through smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. Developers do not control and cannot cancel transactions after they are confirmed on the blockchain. You bear full responsibility for all transactions initiated from your wallet.
Transaction fees (gas fees) are paid by you and are not refundable, even if the transaction was not successful. Developers are not responsible for losses related to transaction fees.
Profitability of arbitrage operations is not guaranteed. Market conditions may change, and arbitrage opportunities may disappear. You may lose part or all of your invested funds.
